How long does delivery take?


The delivery time varies based on the purchasing country/region. Currently, all products are shipped from China, so the delivery time may be relatively long.
 (Note: The delivery time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time.)

Where does Yeston ship to?


Global region.
(Note: Shipping restrictions may apply to certain products due to factors such as local/state laws, hazmat materials, large or oddly shaped items, or specific address types that some carriers cannot deliver to.)

How will my delivery be shipped?


4PX functions as our logistics partner to ship out Yeston products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?


We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?


Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route, but you can cancel your order before it is shipped and then place a new order with accurate and detailed information.

Notes:


If the order is canceled by the customer after it has been shipped, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.
If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. Yeston will not replace the order or issue a refund.
